- Collaborate with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to gain insight into data requirements, quality, management, migration, and governance challenges.
- Lead independently across all delivery components, including integration with SAP solutions and interface mapping with legacy/3rd party applications.
- Develop and implement Data Governance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure integrity, compliance, and accessibility organization-wide.
- Conduct gap analyses and develop roadmaps to address Data Governance and management opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management to ensure organizational innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis within the oil and gas industry
- Proficiency in SAP integration and interface mapping with legacy/3rd party applications.
- Experience in full life cycle of SAP (S4/Hana and ECC), data migration, and Data Governance.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
