Delivery Driver (Part-Time)

We are currently looking for a reliable Delivery Driverto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering product in a timely manner and provide excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and professional delivery experience. This position requires the ability to lift heavy items, so the successful candidate must also be physically fit.

The Job:

• Tuesday to Friday mornings from 8am to 12pm
• Load and unload items and boxes from vehicles
• Careful handling of perishable goods
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Pick up and deliver products to and from our stores, suppliers and customers
• Morning airport cargo pick ups
• Deliver items to stores and customers in a timely manner
• Maintain records of deliveries and pick-ups
• Ensure the safekeeping of company equipment and product
• Provide friendly service
• Occasional extra shift time during busier weeks with holidays and special events
• Follow GPS navigation instructions to reach delivery destinations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle to ensure safe operation.

Job Requirements:

• G Driver’s licence (minimum 3 years experience)
• SIN number and/or Work Permit
• Clean driver's abstract/record
• Delivery driver experience (minimum 1 year)
• Ability to lift up to 30 - 50 pounds repetitively
• Ability to read a map and find your way around GTA
