```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify and update patient information in electronic medical records
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Communicate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a dental or medical office setting
- Proficiency in using Maxident or similar dental software
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Understanding of medical terminology related to dental procedures and treatments
