SalaryOur office in NE Calgary is looking to hire a part time leading to full time in July. Dental Administrator. You will be taking over the roll of one of our current receptionists returning to school. As part of the team you are the face of our practice and the first point of contact. The right candidate will have a passion for building patient relationships and delivering exceptional service. 1 year experience is preferred. Recall Max is an asset. Must have a vehicle.
What we are looking for:
Greeting patients upon arrival and update personal information
Manage day to day clinical schedule
Accounts Receivable
Insurance breakdowns
Treatment coordination - ensure each patient understands their treatment options insurance coverage and benefit plans
Responding efficiently to patient needs and inquires
Collect and process payments
Recalls and other day to day duties assigned to you
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
