- Minimum 2 Years Dental Reception Experience (Cleardent Experience is Must, Recall Max is an asset)

- Please note: 3 evenings until 7pm/week are required but are negotiable
Duties Include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the schedule
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Maintain patient records
- Coordinate referrals to specialists, as needed
- Provide support to the dental team as necessary
