Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and increase brand awareness. Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and execute social media strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, reels, images, and videos, aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer inquiries.
  • Upload and manage YouTube videos, including channel creation.
  • Conduct influencer outreach, collaborating with relevant influencers and thought leaders.

Newsletter Creation:

  • Develop and curate content for newsletters, focusing on community building and retail inspiration.
  • Design visually appealing newsletters to engage and inform the target audience.
  • Implement and manage a CRM system for personalized communication strategies.

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Collaborate with the co-founders to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Event Planning:

  • Plan and organize events/workshops to promote brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotions, and partnerships for successful event execution.

Community Building:

  • Foster relationships with the local community through outreach initiatives and collaborations.
  • Identify opportunities for community partnerships and engagement.
  • Explore opportunities for international market expansion.

Product Photography:

  • Shoot high-quality and visually appealing generic product photos for the online store.
  • Ensure consistency in product images, reflecting the brand's aesthetic and values.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to showcase products effectively.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

SEO Optimization:

  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve the brand's online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.

Content Calendar Management:

  • Maintain a content calendar for all digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand message.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align Digital Marketing efforts with broader content strategies.

Emerging Trends and Technologies:

  • Stay abreast of emerging Digital Marketing trends and technologies.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to stay competitive and experiment with new platforms and tools.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Digital Marketing initiatives and other departments for a unified brand experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and analytics, with a focus on social media management, event planning, and influencer outreach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage marketing and production responsibilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with co-founders, head of operations, and retail staff.
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices and commitment to eco-conscious living.
  • Attention to detail, Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content creation.
  • Proficient in Canva
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage marketing and production responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Understanding of SEO optimization strategies and ability to adapt to industry trends and algorithm changes
  • Previous experience in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
  • Ability to analyze data using analytics tools and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
