Job description

Description

Hey! We’re Musora, home to music lessons and entertainment for drums, piano, guitar, and singing – serving more than 90,000 students around the world. And we’re looking for new teammates to join the team and contribute towards our mission to create more musicians and keep them playing longer.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Managerto help us continue to grow our brands.

You love writing, marketing, and creating.

Emails, lead-gen, landing pages, paid ads, sales sites. The ideal candidate ‘gets’ top of the funnel, middle of the funnel, and bottom of the funnel. You smile when you see a headline that works. You translate features into benefits in your sleep. You enjoy competitive research or crunching the numbers to find something new. You love coming up with ideas and promotions. And then you take your ideas and turn them into action - organizing all the details and teams to make your vision happen.

You communicate effectively with others, hit deadlines, understand creative workflows, and care deeply about delivering campaigns that you’re proud of - and when they’re successful you know how to double-down in the future, or when they fail you learn from it and move forward with grit and determination. You’re a marketer!

And you love music – and believe that music is good for the world – because it’s our mission to create musicians and keep them playing longer.

Whether you play music everyday or you’ve dabbled a bit, it’s something you enjoy. And most importantly, you can empathize with a student’s learning curve because you’ve gone through it yourself – and you love the idea of creating marketing campaigns that support their goals.

(If you’re still reading and you’re getting excited by imagining yourself in this role, then you should apply!)

To apply: Please include a thoughtful cover letter and answer all of our application questions. We appreciate you taking the time to express your interest in working with us!
