Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube).
• Manage and optimize our CRM system to enhance customer relationships and retention.
• Collaborate with external freelancers and agencies to implement Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Analyze marketing data to report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends and technologies, suggesting innovative ideas for growth.
• Occasional in-office presence required for team meetings and project updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing and CRM management.
• Strong understanding of various Digital Marketing platforms and SEO/SEM principles.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting digital campaign data.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
