We are a family run, farm based beverage company located in the luscious land of the Okanagan - Similkameen valley. Fruit farming has been in the family for the past 37 years. We harvest, pack and ship fruit directly to retailers across Canada. Over the years we have witnessed just how much perfectly good fruit gets thrown out because of minor blemishes and/or imperfections that our retail customers won’t accept. The quantity is immense and we needed to do something about it; so now we up-cycle our fruit into delicious, all-natural fruit sodas, sparkling juices and ciders. These days real food is too expensive to be thrown away unnecessarily. It’s time to give our all natural fruit beverages and cider a credible spot on the table.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Understand the Lass Chance brand and effectively communicate its core message and brand voice.
• Provide valuable guidance and insights on ongoing marketing campaigns, contributing to the overall marketing direction.
• Create visually engaging content, including photography and videos – showcase your creativity with examples of your previous work.
• Develop and maintain branding and social media guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of brand consistency, possess an eye for design, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
• Generate advertisements as required, spanning print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Leverage graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite), photography, and videography to enhance marketing initiatives.
• Stay up to date on marketing best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends.
• Utilize metrics to drive decision-making and generate reports on marketing activities.
• Familiarity with SEM and SEO is essential for driving website traffic.
• Maintain an organized marketing drive and seamlessly coordinate various marketing activities.
• Take the lead in organizing tastings and promotional events to create impactful brand experiences.
• Source promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
• Represent the Lass Chance brand at tastings, promotional events, and external functions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, ensuring a cohesive online presence.
• Foster engagement with the Lass Chance online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and thoughtfully.
• Devise and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive engagement.
• Conduct in-depth analytics on audience demographics, behaviours, and preferences to continually refine marketing strategies.

• Highly creative, organized, with strong communication skills to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism in all interactions.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Previous work experience in a similar role is important; an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
