Role Summary

As the Marketing Strategist you will have an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior and the intricacies of digital channels, combined with the mastery to motivate immediate action from our target audience. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing plans to drive measurable results.


This role can be fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from where you are most productive. However, having the ability to come into our Vancouver, Canada office is considered an asset, as occasional face-to-face meetings and team collaborations can be beneficial.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing plans with a focus on direct response that meet predetermined KPIs and business objectives;
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies;
  • Lead the creation and refinement of detailed customer avatars, including demographics, psychographics, behaviors, pain points, and motivations. Regularly update these avatars based on ongoing data and feedback;
  • Analyze and understand the customer's journey and digital touchpoints to optimize initiatives;
  • Oversee the test and optimization of all digital marketing channels in collaboration with the Media Buying team, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email marketing, and more;
  • Evaluate consumer and web data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. Adjust strategies based on the insights derived from this data;
  • Regularly introduce fresh, cutting-edge ideas and strategies to bolster company growth and brand awareness;
  • Implement and analyze performance metrics to forecast trends, measure ROI, and ensure the effectiveness of growth initiatives;
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and leveraging shared resources for maximum growth potential;
  • Build meaningful relationships in the industry, staying up to date on the latest trends and opportunities.

  • Adaptable being flexible and able to pivot strategies based on new data or changes in the marketplace;
  • Able to convey ideas clearly to team members, stakeholders, and clients, whether it's through reports, presentations, or day-to-day interactions;
  • A problem solver that when faced with challenges, they quickly diagnose the issue and implement effective solutions.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3-5 years of Direct Marketing experience, understanding it’s principles and strategies;
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing and similar functions;
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies;
  • Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and more;
  • Proficiency in using online marketing tools and best practices;
  • Strong knowledge with Google Analytics, Click Funnels and other A/B testing software.
