Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and issuing statements
• Generate a high volume of invoices for customer billing
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to Accounts Receivable
• Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and collection processes Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Continuously monitors customer account and performs month end reconciliations
• Determines and enters WIP account numbers for non-standard job setups
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential

Requirements

• Post Secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding with a minimum of 3 years A/R experience
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Must be proficient with MOS. Must be at an advanced level with Microsoft Excel
• Must be a team player with an outgoing personality
• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping-

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $29.00-$31.00 per hour
