Accounts Receivable Clerk

Duties:

Roll forward monthly AR workbooks in Excel

Call Insurance companies for explanation of balances

Review CRPM software (Tracker) to identify issues and notes

Maintain digital filing systems

Handle confidential information with discretion

Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry

May include some telephone and/or email interaction

Requirements:

Capable of critical thinking and decision making

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy to work

Professional communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Fast and accurate data entry skills

This is a contract position. TBD if this will be part time or full time.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
