Position Description

We currently have an exciting role for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with generating and sending customer invoices and statements
• Posting customer payments to accounts
• Processing credit card and auto withdrawal payments
• Preparation of daily bank deposits
• Electronic filing of AR documents
• Reconciliation and review of customer accounts
• Assist in customer collections
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, reconciliations, reporting, etc.
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience
• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
• Experience with Sage 300/Trux software would be considered an asset
• Knowledge in all Microsoft Office Programs (including, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the transportation or waste industry considered an asset
