Digital Project Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all aspects are on track to meet deadlines. As well as utilize platforms such as Trello for project & event planning , task assignment, and progress tracking to ensure smooth project workflows.
• Digital Deliverables: Roll up your sleeves and actively participate in producing the creation and distribution of digital content deliverables such as social media campaigns, farm cards, invitations, gift programs etc.
• Tech Savvy: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and tools to enhance project execution and efficiency.
• Drive for Results: Take ownership of project execution, driving successful outcomes and keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged. I would just simplify this sentence -- or remove
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, and marketing team, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Uphold and maintain strong public relations: Nurture and maintain outstanding relationships with media partners to maintain and expand brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in Digital Project coordination or a similar role.
• The ability to take initiative and independently manage tasks
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in using computer and technology tools, such as Trello and Canva (for asset creation).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
