Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Dining Room, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and supervise Dining Room staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize Dining Room capacity
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations
- Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred
- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Excellent cash handling skills, including ability to accurately process payments and provide change
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate a team
- Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
