The Bishop Strachan School is looking for a dynamic leader who will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and management of educational technology, programs and resources that support exceptional teaching and learning from JK to Grade 12. This role will:
- build capacity on the use, innovation and experimentation of technology with faculty and students which includes inventive integration, skills development, balanced use and risk-taking
- lead faculty development and encourage experimentation and innovation within the Brightspace learning management system
- act as Department Head and instructional lead for the faculty that teach the Technology courses
The Director oversees and works alongside individuals and teams as they investigate, experiment, then implement initiatives of innovation for school learning technology improvement. The Director will work closely with the Technology Team.
