Our Opportunity:
Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, this position is responsible for the development and design of the Company’s pay philosophy, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, benchmarking and establishment of salary structures and pay mix for various populations, including the board of directors, executives, corporate, field, restaurant, and manufacturing/distribution center employees.
Responsibilities:
- Drive compensation strategy and execution for RBI through providing expert compensation guidance and carrying out benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Develop and review compensation plans, policies and processes, making recommendations and managing the implementation of change and/or new initiatives.
- Responsible for benchmarking compensation and compensation programs and ensuring the competitiveness of physician/provider compensation packages by utilizing surveys, industry groups, compensation tools, etc.
- Rigorously monitor external compensation trends, staying abreast of applicable legislation and SEC requirements governing broad-based and executive compensation
- Engage with key stakeholders across Finance, Legal and Accounting on regulatory aspects of compensation programs
- Oversee equity program administration and overall annual bonus program
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all informational material related to annual compensation, new sign-on/one-time payments
- Responsible for the execution of the year-end process, including bonus payout (and accruals over the course of the year), salary reviews (merit process), and equity grants
- Develop the framework and policies governing Expatriate compensation, considering market trends, cost of living and taxation between home and host countries
- Support broader enterprise priorities across Global Compensation, as applicable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Statistics or similar field, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience including executive or equity compensation
- Extensive knowledge of compensation programs & processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required
