- Designing and setting business objectives for bank retail operations; monitoring and evaluating operations to achieve the defined goals.
- Monitoring the implementation of operational best practices; establishing a self-motivated working environment within the bank.
- Working closely with other departments, such as branch banking to identify the business opportunities and improvements of bank retail operation.
- Reviewing retail operation documentation and materials regularly to ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $150,000 - $250,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
