Home Hardware has an amazing opportunity available for a Director, Loyalty & CRMto join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and championing Home’s National Consumer Loyalty & CRM Program with Scene+, National Credit Program with Scotiabank and Home’s National Email Programs.

What you’ll do:
- Lead Home’s overall Loyalty & CRM strategy, including program design, financials, operations, program enhancements and marketing strategies.
- Oversee program adoption across Home’s banners, supporting all store communication and training to ensure the program is consistently offered across Home’s store network.
- Develop Home’s CRM practice – formulate segment and 1:1 personalized marketing campaigns that support Home’s brand and strategic focus.
- Direct Home’s Credit team on Loyalty & CRM programs that compliment financial service offerings. This includes the annual planning on joint campaigns and the execution of loyalty within financial service options.
- Business Lead & Contract Owner for Home’s Loyalty Partnership with Scene+ and its Credit Partnership with Scotiabank, including negotiating contract terms, establishing guidelines, testing initiatives, budgeting, and marketing campaigns.
- Leverage Customer insights, data analytics and database management principles to fuel innovative marketing and sales strategies, to drive marketing effectiveness, and gain an in-depth understanding of the behavior and trends of our Consumer & PRO customer bases.
- Manage direct report(s) to deliver against program objectives and to support Home’s Dealer Owners.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Business, Data or Marketing with 5-10 years of experience.
- Loyalty & CRM expertise & experience. Digital Marketing expertise; specifically email.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals, including customer online engagement tactics.
- Database Marketing expertise, including privacy (CASL/PIPEDA).
- Customer Insights background & expertise.
- Gift Card Program Development experience.
- Credit Marketing & Financial Services experience.
- Ability to build a credible vision & roadmap, along with bringing cross functional teams together.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
- Financial acumen and pragmatic approach to delivering in a Dealer owned environment.
- Strong problem solving, attention to detail, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities.
