We are looking for a strategic leader to join our team as the Director of People Relationship Management & Workforce Transition. If you possess exceptional communication skills, can inspire and lead teams, and can work alongside change management and other HR leads, this might be your role.
We hope you consider applying if you possess the key qualifications, including monitoring and reporting on the success of workforce transitions, overseeing a team of PRM professionals, operationalizing the evolution of the PRM discipline, conducting research, and establishing measurement tools to monitor effectiveness.
These skills are typically gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field such as Business, a Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification, a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, and/or a Certified Agile Leadership Certificate. We are looking for a candidate with Ten years experience comprised of six years leadership experience and four years of experience with increasing responsibility in learning and development.
