What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the HRVP, Wealth Management, Insurance and I&TS, the Director, Talent Integrator, Wealth Management & Insurance leads alignment between enterprise and Wealth Management and Insurance talent strategies, guiding overall platform and HR priorities through problem definition, prioritizing all HR activities in partnership with the HRBPs, and collaborating with Talent Strategy & Solutions, Talent Services & Operations, and Total Rewards & Employee Relations to drive to impact for short, medium and long term work. The Director also collaborates and integrates with the Talent Integrators supporting I&TS and US Wealth Management.
What will you do?
- Drives business outcomes by acting as an integration point and prioritization between the Platform, Talent Strategies & Solutions, Talent Services & Operations and Total Rewards & Employee Relations
- Identifies and addresses non-routine, un-programmed HR problems that arise from the platform and leads solution brokering
- Partners with HRBPs to diagnose and identify root cause of platform issues
- Influences colleagues and stakeholders decisions utilizing their HR, platform knowledge and expertise
- Facilitates business routines (i.e. Business Agility) for platform Talent Partnership team and drives prioritization
- Proactively identifies short and long-terms needs of the platform
- Acts as primary contributor to talent strategies at the Enterprise and platform level
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
- 10+ years in leading large, complex programs / initiatives
- Leading consulting skills and innovative thinking with demonstrated capability in building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
- Extensive knowledge of HR and existing HR solutions
- Impact and influence among senior audiences and stakeholders
- Making decisions independently despite uncertainty and ambiguity
- Analyzing workforce and talent data to drive strategies and decisions
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high stake projects and deliverables
- Superior coaching and relationship management skills, demonstrated through effective collaboration with teams
- Bias to action and willingness to act on work to accelerate outcomes / solutions
