```Duties``` - Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of a chef or cook - Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes - Help with receiving and storing food supplies - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Assist in serving meals and beverages to customers or guests - Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and notify the supervisor when items need to be restocked - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations ```Skills``` - Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Good communication skills to interact with other staff members and customers - Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy pots or standing for long periods of time Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements of the position.
