Being a Dispatcher is much more than sitting behind a screen and validating the data. It also means being a growth agent!

Within the team of Nada – Operation supervisor at Morneau GEO in Wabush, your workday from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm, will look like this:

• Making appointments by phone and emails ;
• Take calls from drivers, customers and other departments ;
• Assign drivers to their local routes ;
• Update various information in the computer system ;
• Provide information required for the loading and unloading of merchandise and enter it into the computer system ;
• Calculate activity reports and enter them into the computer system;
• Sort out the transport documents received by the drivers;
• Perform all other related tasks.

• A specialise diploma or any relevant experience in truck transportation ;
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations governing road transportation (law 430) ;
• Knowledge of TruckMate software (asset) ;
• Good management of stress and unforeseen events ;
• Problems resolving skills ;
