In the role of the Pharmacy Assistant, you will:

* Work alongside the pharmacist to process and prepare prescriptions

* Provide excellent customer service in-person and via phone to patients

* Maintain inventory levels and pharmacy supplies to ensure the smooth operation of our dispensary.

* Prescription assembly – data entry

* Process customer transactions (receive and release prescriptions)

* Compounding

* Pill Pack Assembly

* Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, cleaning.

* Drug order creation and receiving

* Schedule professional clinical services (i.e. medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state managements etc.)

* Administrative Duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, expired product and assist with other pharmacy operations as required.

* Maintain a clean working enviorment: sanitizing counter and floors regularly, removing disposal to be disposed, organizing shelves etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$23.00 per hour
