We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher/Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling crews with other staff, ongoing communication with Supervisors and crews and assisting with office operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, able to work in a a face pace environement, the ability to multitask, and a customer service-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule crews daily and notify all employees of their daily work schedules
- Answer phones and texts from employees
- Work with other staff member to resolve crew issues
- Work 1 month of day shift- (MON-FRI- 6am to 2pm), 2 weeks of afternoons (SUN-THURS - 10am - 6pm SUN & 2pm - 10pm MON-THURS) $2/hr for shift premium on afternoon shift

* This position will start in Walkerton and then move to Harriston in March when the new office is finished
