*Our client a cold storage logistics company located in the Mississauga/Brampton border is looking to add Dispatcher/Office Administrative Clerk to their team*
Job Description:This position will include Dispatch and Administrative support for the Logistics Operations Manager and Dispatch team.
Job Duties:
* Assisting drivers with paperwork and assigning to proper door location.
* Data entry of various information into system.
* Assisting with the dispatching and scheduling of drivers on deliveries, logging of paperwork.
* New employee information into system, filing and copying of documentation and forwarding to HR.
* Welcoming and assisting with on boarding of new staff.
* Data entry of various information into system.
* Assisting with dispatch, logging of paperwork.
* Checking all new hire documentation and training records correct and forwarding to HR.
* Other administrative support as required.
* This position is ideal for someone with 1 year experience in dispatch dministrative support role.
* Company will train on WMS.
What is offered:
* Must be flexible to rotate between Day Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm and Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm-12:00am as required. (Monday to Friday)
* Pay Rate $22.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay.
* Weekly Pay via direct deposit.
