Cobourg Garage doors is a new division of The Overhead door company Of Peterborough which is a family owned and operated business since 1979. The Overhead door company of Peterborough has been proudly serving Residents and Businesses of Peterborough and surrounding area for over 40 years. Cobourg garage doors will help better service Northumberland County, Quinte, and Durham regions. The Overhead door company of Peterborough specializes in Residential Service and installations, as well as industrial service and installations of garage doors, high speed doors, rolling steel, security grill/shutters and gate operator systems which will also be offered at our Cobourg location. Cobourg Garage doors will be staffed by members of our experienced staff from Overhead Door Peterborough both in the field and in the office with locals already from the Cobourg area! Our goal is to start operations out of our new temporary location at 3187 Harwood Rd Baltimore in April. By the end of the year we are looking to move right into Cobourg.

Job Description:

Cobourg Garage Doors is seeking a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys the construction field. Trainees will be trained to install and repair overhead doors and openers. Trainees need to be reliable, self motivated and willing to learn. Trainees will be placed with experienced installers and technicians to learn how to properly install equipment. within 1 years time Trainees can expect to be on the road in a company truck earning a competitive wage installing and servicing garage door systems, with opportunity for acceleration dependent on development of skills.

Job Requirements:

- Must have own transportation

- Clean Drivers abstract

- Valid G drivers license

- Ability to perform daily duties with no physical limitations

- Professional demeaner with a focus on quality

- Hold a strong work ethic

- Criminal Records Check

Salary: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
