Driver/Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming calls from customers for rides
- Dispatch drivers and monitor their locations via GPS tracking
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, fares, trips and dispatched activities
- Monitor and track the status of bookings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all rides are booked and dispatched accurately

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in using phone systems and other relevant technology
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Note: Training will be provided for the selected candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
