Electronic Assembler

Adecco is hiring several full-time Electronic Assembler to work at a globally known electronic manufacturing facility in Markham, ON. In this role you will be responsible for through-hole and/or packing and/or mechanical assembly of printed circuit boards and assemblies.

• Wage: $18.00/hour

• Shifts: Monday - Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm

• Location: Hwy 7 and Clegg Road

• Job type: Temporary | Full-Time

Electronic Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation

• Packaging of electronic products

• Final assembly and/or pack and ship as required

• Properly fill out production documentation as required

• Mechanical assembly using basic hand tools

• Push-button testing

• PCB masking and depanelization as required

• Communicate with Team Leaders on parts shortages and problems

• Rotate to different workstations and different cells as needed

• Taking part in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularly

• Participate in team level quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
 

• Ability to read and understand assembly documentation

• Electronics manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Experience working on SMT/TH or Mix Tech assemblies as per IPC A-610 standard is a definite asset

• Works well in team environment

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Must be able to lift up to 55lbs

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
