The Opportunity:

Our Lotek plant in St. John’s NFLD is currently looking for a highly passionate individual for our Electronic Assembler within our Production Department. We seek a highly motivated individual capable of working in a team environment.

Duties:

• Manufactures in-house assemblies including the following tasks:
• Reading work instructions; identifying components needed for manufacturing; soldering electronics components; prepping wire cables, battery packs; referencing product documents for accurate procedures; desolder/disassemble; labeling products correctly.
• Performs basic predetermined functional tests and records results.
• Complies and follows all quality control and quality assurance measures.
• Performs other tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Must work well with others, have a positive attitude, and have excellent vision and good hand eye coordination.
• Work well under deadlines and pressures.
• Comfortable sitting and working with hands for long periods of time.
• High attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to use safely use equipment and tools.
