About the Role:

We are seeking a highly proficient Email and Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral in managing day-to-day web-based tasks and ensuring timely completion of deadlines. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional Client Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent writing skills for crafting clear and effective emails.
  • Client Interaction: Work directly with clients through emails to answer queries, provide information packages, and resolve complaints.
  • Process Guidance: Assist clients with detailed walkthroughs of our processes, ensuring they understand how to use our services effectively.
  • Data Management: Accurately perform data entry tasks and update client information as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Administrative teams to ensure cohesive Client Support and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability in writing and editing emails.
  • Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience in handling web-based client interactions.
  • Ability to conduct step-by-step process walkthroughs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
