Position Overview:

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts through strategic email campaigns. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email content, optimizing campaign performance, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our brand. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our Email Marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver engaging experiences to our subscribers.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Brand and Digital Marketing teams to develop detailed briefs for email campaigns, leveraging seasonal trends, business goals, and consumer insights.

· Lead email campaign briefing meetings, providing valuable expertise on previous campaign performance, emerging concepts, and industry best practices.

· Oversee the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment using tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

· Coordinate with the Digital Team to optimize linking strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey from email to purchase.

· Conduct A/B tests on various email elements to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

· Generate weekly performance reports, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for enhancement.

· Develop process documentation and communicate workflow changes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

· 2 years of experience focusing on Email Marketing or CPM, preferably in a retail or D2C environment.

· Proficiency in using enterprise email service providers and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

· Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and their impact on business objectives.

· Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Skills and Experience:

· Experience with Email Marketing software such as Sendlane and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.

· Expertise in compiling and managing email lists, conducting competitive research, and implementing segmentation strategies.

· Copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality email content.

· Familiarity with industry policies and best practices to ensure compliance and deliverability.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Proven track record of driving measurable results through Email Marketing campaigns.

Work Location:

Candidates must be able to work from our Port Perry office on a daily basis.

Compensation

$60-75K annually, based on candidate's skills and experience.
