Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time Engineering Coordinator.

Hourly Wage: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
What you will do
Performs office duties such as dictation, typing, filing and answering the main Engineering Department line.
Assists guests’ and departments’ requests for maintenance items for the Engineering Department.
Assists in planning and implementing procedures, systems and controls to ensure an efficient operation of the Engineering Department.
Handles the primary research and follow-up necessary on the purchasing of equipment, replacement parts and repairs. This includes contacting vendors for the best prices, making purchase orders, and receiving goods.
Responds properly to all emergency conditions or safety situations such as fires, power failures, leaks, floods, etc.
Report any damage or issues within the hotel and surrounding area, whether it is guestrooms, public areas or any employee housing units through HotSOS.
Work with room division to take rooms out of order for the Perfect Room Program, exterior painting, window washing etc.
Update and track the Perfect Room Program.
Monitor HotSOS for Engineering calls and assign jobs to the appropriate team members.
What you bring
Positive attitude
Minimum 6 months experience as a coordinator or in a similar administrative role
Strong experience with Microsoft Word and creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
Ability to learn new operating systems
Strong command of the English language; reading, written and oral
Basic Engineering/Maintenance knowledge would be an asset
Ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect flexibility in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
