Engineering Manager, Identity & Authorization Platform - Remote

Role Description Dropbox is growing and we re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Identity - Auth Platform team.
In this role, you'll lead a team of 8 - 10 engineers, working closely with your direct reports, product managers, and other engineering teams to build the future of Identity workflows and Auth Platform.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for growing and developing an incredible team of hardworking and motivated engineers with high expectations around individual ownership and impact

You will ensure your team delivers extraordinary output, and continuously seeks ways to make an outsized impact
You will set direction for the team, anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges via thoughtful long-term planning
You will help craft technical and platform strategy for Identity and Auth at Dropbox
Requirements BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with an engineering team Experience as a software developer Many teams at Dropbox run Services with on-call rotations, which entails being available for calls during both core and non-core business hours.
If a team has an on-call rotation, all engineers on the team are expected to participate in the rotation as part of their employment.

Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox s total rewards package.
All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Current Salary/OTE Ranges (Subject to change): C $178,500 - C $210,000 - C $241,500
