Enterprise Commercial Account Manager - What You’ll Do:

We are on the hunt for an experienced Enterprise Commercial Account Manager to join our dynamic account management team. In this critical role, you'll be at the helm of managing our enterprise-level accounts, driving client renewals, and spearheading upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet and exceed your sales quotas. You will be supported by working alongside our world-class Client Success organization, a renewals team, and our Client Experience function to effectively and expediently close existing client sales. With a focus on both centralized and decentralized accounts, your efforts will be crucial in solidifying our market presence and expanding our reach within the enterprise segment. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategically manage a commercial portfolio of enterprise clients, fostering long-term relationships with key buyer and procurement stakeholders.

  • Drive client renewals by demonstrating continuous value and aligning with clients’ business outcomes.

  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue growth.

  • Achieve and surpass sales quotas by executing well-defined account strategies for both centralized and decentralized accounts.

  • Conduct a well-designed, buyer-driven sales process by focusing on value-based selling strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Client Success, Product, Support, Marketing) to ensure client needs are met with effective solutions.

  • Develop tailored proposals that effectively communicate our products and solutions for each unique organization’s needs.

  • Deliver product demos for add-on modules and OfficeSpace core product offerings.

  • Conduct regular account reviews to monitor engagement and satisfaction levels in collaboration with Client Success Managers.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

  • Provide detailed reports on account status, challenges, and future growth opportunities.

  • Prioritize and organize your day using Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, LI Sales Navigator, Gainsight, Slack, and Gmail.

  • Collaborate with other Account Managers and AEs to elevate the skills and expertise of the collective group and continuously learn the industry in which OfficeSpace operates.

  • Support ongoing product and market development by sharing client needs and market movement.

The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3-6 years of proven experience in account management or sales within the enterprise segment, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment.

  • Demonstrated success in client renewals, as well as upselling and cross-selling in a sales quota environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage complex accounts and collaborate effectively with Client Success Managers, Product Managers, and other internal stakeholders within the organization.

  • Adept at balancing client expectations with company objectives and driving continuous value.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and pricing/contract negotiation skills.

  • Skilled and disciplined in managing enterprise sales processes including complex forecasting, resource allocation, time allocation, and prospect prioritization.

  • Goal-driven mindset with a natural knack for proactively setting a high standard of achievement for yourself.

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong or similar tools.

  • A growth mindset focused on learning, developing, and expanding skill sets.


The OTE range for this role is $140,000-$150,000 CAD. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
