Hours: Temporary Full Time start with opportunity to apply for permanent when lines become available. Able to work all shifts as assigned, days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Shifts: The shifts you must be available for are 11pm-7am

Rate of Pay: per hour

Requirements:

• Secondary school or approved equivalent.
• Knowledge related to infection control, cleaning practices, housekeeping operations and equipment.
• Knowledgeable of the Residents Bill of Rights
• Familiar with the setting of a health care facility
• Self directed and able to organize workload
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to perform the physical demands of the job
• Good attendance record
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Reports issues and concerns to the Environmental Manager.
• Nightly laundry of resident clothing, bedding etc.
• Folding, hanging and sorting laundry.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the residents.
