Estates Clerk

```Duties```
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Assist with legal drafting and preparation of legal documents
- Manage and organize project files and documents
- Utilize software programs to maintain and retrieve files and documents
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and other staff members
- Communicate with clients on Estate Administration matters

```Skills```
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Proficient in legal drafting and preparation of legal documents
- Experience with project management and organization and the ability to manage multiple Estate files
- Experience working on Estate files
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Administrative experience in a professional setting
- Knowledge of Estate-a-base
- Strong communication skills

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong clerical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal drafting, file management, and administrative support. Proficiency Estate-a-base is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
