As an Executive Assistant at Elle, MD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient execution of our projects and day to day business operations.
- Monitor and and maintain calendar of CEO
- Monitor and respond to emails related to all company and some personal items
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and contractors to optimize project outcomes as needed.
- Assist with vendor payments, daily communication with design, regulatory and business consultants as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
