Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a cornerstone in propelling our business growth. Your role is not just about support; it's about actively contributing to the expansion and refinement of our operations. Here's what you'll be doing:

● Driving Growth Initiatives:Work closely with the CEO on a variety of tasks aimed at expanding and enhancing our company's operations. Your proactive approach will be instrumental in turning visions into reality.

● Championing Best Business Practices: Embrace and implement best business practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within our operations. Your adaptability will be crucial in staying ahead in a dynamic industry.

● Exemplifying "The Ideal Team Player": We are on the lookout for an individual embodying the qualities of being humble, hungry, and smart, as outlined in Patrick Lencioni's book, "The
Ideal Team Player." Your demeanor will set the tone for our collaborative and success-oriented work environment.

● Continuous Learning Advocate: Develop a habit of reading and staying updated on relevant business literature. Your commitment to continuous learning will contribute to our goal of being the best-managed small business in the industry.

● Marketing Support: Take charge of assisting the CEO in managing the company's marketing and business development efforts and assume marketing assistant duties. Additionally, contribute to building a dedicated marketing team, allowing the CEO to focus on overarching business management.

Qualifications:
