Experienced Addictions Support Worker Private Treatment

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overnight shifts.
• Must have full valid BC Drivers License
• If lived experience, must have minimum two years clean and sober and knowledge and experience with Twelve Step work.
• Must be able to work as a team, and individually.
• Must have proven work experience in the addictions field.
• Must have excellent references.
• Must have a certificate relevant to the job, minimum of forty hour course.
• Must have empathy, patience and tolerance.
• Skills:
• Strong "people" skills.
• Strong abilities to guide and motivate clients.
• Able to follow direction.
• Strong personal boundaries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and staff.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
