Experienced Line Cooks

The Calgary Winter Club is Calgary's premier private family Club, situated in northwest Calgary on the edge of Nose Hill Park. The CWC offers an outstanding employee experience; we are firm believers that everyone should enjoy their work and have a successful work-life balance.

We are looking to hire a full time Line Cook.

Duties

1. Prepare fresh quality menu items in a restaurant and bar setting.

2. Ensure all food is well presented, fresh, of great taste and properly served.

3. Assist in all other work areas in the kitchens.

4. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times, “clean as you go”.

Knowledge & Skills Required

1. Team player and positive attitude.

2. Able to handle pressure and busy situations; physically able to stand for long periods and carry at least 50lbs, and sustain a fast paced environment.

3. Minimum 3 years experience as a short order cook in a busy environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
