the Facilities and Property Manager will have a solid understanding of water treatment, pool maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical systems. They will be well-versed in maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as managing work orders, purchase orders, and budgets etc.

The goal is to ensure the resort facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the resorts’ business operations.

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• property management: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Septic tank knowledge: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Small Drinking Water (preferred)
• Boaters License (preferred)
• CPO Certified Pool Operator (preferred)
