SalaryStorage Guyz a progressive growing company is presently seeking a Part Time Property Assistant for our Port Colborne/ Welland locations.
Administrative responsibilities include, processing leases, conducting unit audits , updating tenant database, liaison with vendors such as maintenance and landscaping.
Customer Service responsibilities include, responding to new customer inquires, offering top notch service to existing and potential customers at all times.
Great opportunity for an individual with retail customer service/sales experience complimented with efficient administrative skills including Microsoft Office, email and database (preferred).
Schedule is flexible, weekend availability and a drivers license required. Working Friday, Saturday , (possibly Sunday) and Monday on a regular schedule but also available as needed for vacation relief.
