The company in Pickering with is dealing with medical cannabis is currently looking for Finance administrator.
Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Properly document incoming returns (RTV).
- To reconstruct the documentation of RTVs over the last 24 months
- Calculate excise refund
- To assist with the filing of excise claims
- The person will be required to work closely with Operations personnel to get sign offs and signatures where necessary
Requirements:
- Must be a self starter
- Strong proficiency in phone systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
