Windermere Golf & Country Club is currently searching for a seasonal Finance and Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for various tasks within the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities;
- Filing of accounts payable invoices & end of day reports
- Assist with daily cash reconciliation of departments & petty cash
- Regularly correspond with the membership/public
- Assist with collecting receivables
- Daily entry of billing for lessons/camps
- Update changes to member accounts
- Assist with reconciliations of inventory, payables & receivables on a monthly or semi-monthly basis
- Any other duties as they arise

Contract length: 19 weeks
Salary: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
