In this role, you will join a team of finance professionals who support the SVP - Finance Business Partners and Chief Financial Officer through monthly and ad hoc management reporting requirements. You also take pride in your work, knowing your deliverables drive positive outcomes.
This role will report to the Controller, Corporate FP&A - Reporting and will work closely with controllers and team members supporting a variety of Business Units.
What you'll do
• Support the Controller with monthly and quarterly financial and KPI reporting and analysis, including consolidation of Segmented and Business unit results
• Produce, collaborate on and present deep-dive analyses to drive operational insights and opportunities, with clear 'so-what' takeaways for senior leadership
• Assist with external reporting requirements, including helping draft the MD&A discussion of operations and trends and assisting with Investor Relations queries
• Produce ad hoc financial models and competitive comparison analysis
• Proactively seek opportunities for deselection, automation and simplification
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders from all levels
What you bring

• Able to communicate effectively, including both written and in-person
• Proficiency with Google and/or MS Office Suite
• 3+ years of progressive work experience in accounting and/or finance-related positions with increasing scope and responsibility
• Completion or near-completion of a professional accounting designation (CPA)
Great to haves
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel and Access to build complex IF type of statements, code macros and VBA)
• Experience working in a large, complex and dynamic organization
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
• Financial Planning & Analysis experience
• Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and BW
