Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a Fine Dining setting
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
- Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience
- Process payments using the POS system accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Skills:
- Previous experience in a Fine Dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food service and hospitality industry standards
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic math calculations for accurate order taking and bill processing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
- Attention to detail for ensuring food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards are met
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.55-$51.14 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
