Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a Fine Dining setting
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure accuracy in taking orders and delivering them to the kitchen
- Collaborate with the Chef to ensure timely delivery of food
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using a POS system
- Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Fine Dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred
-Smart serve certified before starting first shift
- Previous experience in bartending
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
