We are looking for an experienced and passionate evening line cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing west coast contemporary cuisine with a knowledge of classic sauces, basic restuarant butchery, protein cookery, portion control, food safety practices, running/working an evening dinner line, balancing and prioritizing mise en place, personal stress management and team communication.
