First Cook

We are seeking a motivated individual with previous cooking experience.

We are a Private Club open all year round.

This is a full time position.

Duties include Cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner as required.

Good Knife Skills

Ability to work both independently as part of a Team

Flexibility with hours and days of work. Able to work nights and weekends.

Work different areas of kitchen

Clean and Sanitize work areas during shift and at end of shift

Do your part to keep kitchen clean, fridges counters etc.

Monitor Par Stock levels and inform Supervisor of low supplies

Help with deliveries and storage

Present food items in a neat, consistent and proper fashion

Handle and store all equipment with care

2 to 3 years experience required

Culinary School experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Cooking: 2 years (preferred)

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
